A Chicago herb shop in a category buyers are right to distrust. The trust comes from a founder who blended these herbs for her own daughter, a protocol with a start and an end, and one promise: feel like yourself again.

- Built the entire site: design, copy, structure
- Wrote the position around the founder's story and that one promise
- Sold protocols, complete arcs with a start and a finish, instead of loose bottles
- Built and ran the partnerships that put the brand in front of new buyers
