Problem
A small Chicago herb shop selling against infinite supplement noise, in a category people are right to distrust. It needed trust it could not buy, and reach beyond one storefront.
Insight
Trust in this category comes from three things: a founder who blended these herbs for her own daughter, a protocol with a beginning and an end, and a promise about how the buyer will feel.
Contribution
- Built the entire site, end to end: design, copy, structure
- Led the position with the founder's real story and one promise, feel like yourself again
- Sold protocols, complete arcs with a start and a finish, instead of a shelf of loose bottles
- Built and ran the partnerships that put the brand in front of new buyers
