Core question
“What is stopping people from trusting, wanting, understanding, or acting?”
Overview
Moach analyzes the psychological friction inside a digital experience and translates it into concrete fixes for trust, clarity, desire, certainty, and action. It treats a website or offer not as a layout, but as a sequence of behavioral states a person moves through.
The problem
Most sites are evaluated visually or technically, but conversion failures are often behavioral. A page may look good while still creating uncertainty, cognitive load, weak motivation, category confusion, or trust decay.
The insight
Users do not simply convert or bounce. They move through microstates: curiosity, skepticism, desire, comparison, anxiety, certainty, and action. Moach is built to map those states and find where they break.
